1 Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the meanings described below:

3 Account Management

3.2 Account Closure and Suspension

nk111 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Due to prolonged inactivity (no activity for 12 consecutive months).

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

• The approved methods for depositing funds on nk111 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for each method.
• Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing using a third-party payment account is prohibited and may result in account cancellation.
• Once a deposit is successfully verified, it will be automatically added to your account balance.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• Under normal circumstances, withdrawal processing is completed within 5–30 minutes.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the nk111 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Terms

• Winnings from bonuses must have their wagering requirement completed before they can be withdrawn.

• There is a set time limit for meeting bonus terms — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled after expiry.

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.

• Gold Tier: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum Tier: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

It is possible to advance to a higher tier through regular play. VIP cashback is paid every Monday.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses, collecting bonuses through family members, or using any other fraudulent method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant bonuses and winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.
